Misty was inspired to go into massage therapy because she knows that even one or two hours with the right therapist can be profoundly beneficial for the mind, body, and spirit. We at Misty’s Element Massage are keenly aware that women often fail to tend to their own needs because they are so preoccupied with taking care of others. We have personally witnessed the transformative powers of massage treatments on women coping with negative emotions, such as feeling unattractive, overwhelmed, or even dealing with personal tragedy like the loss of a loved one. If only for an hour, a massage can go a long way in easing that anxiety and helping to restore confidence, but we hope that our clients will carry the memory of feeling connected and nurtured long after the treatment ends.
